Critique my shopping cart

Thread Starter
Been reading a lot and I'm almost ready to plunge into w/c for the first time, here is a pic of my shopping list so far:

I know I am missing clamps, just looking for a cpu loop at the moment but for the future I plan to add in gpus and mobo to the list, that is why the 480 rad. Was going to throw all this in my tj07 I have taken apart, getting prepped to get powder coated. Also I will most likely will be ordering from various places, to save cost, not just frozencpu (jabtech, performancepcs and dangerden). Anything else I might have missed besides clamps? Will be doing distilled water + silver coil. Since it's my first time wcing I didn't know how much hosing I would need that is why the 20 ft is there, definitely too much.

I would say about 8' of tubing for a CPU only loop, unless your case is huge. You can always get some more if you are unsure (maybe an extra 2'); as you are planning to add GPUs later it can be used then. Better to have a little left over than to run out mid build.

You will not need clamps when using 1/2" barbs and 7/16" tubing, it will form a tight seal without them. So tight in fact that you will probably not be able to pull the hose off the clamps after it is fitted, you will have to cut it off. To get the tubing onto the clamp it will help if you soften the end with a hair dryer or by dipping it in hot water.

is the 480 Rad really necessary for a CPU only loop? ok read the OP and the 480 rad might not be enough for cpu + 2 470's.... wouldhave to check on that.
