A shroud just directs airflow. So you could use that exhaust fan as a third fan for your cooler. There is quite a big gap to fill though.

There used to be some good tutorials on here about how to make a good DIY one.

There are 3 way y cables, but if you already have two or one and an extra 3 pin, you could always do it yourself.

Thats 62 degrees to the core not the CPU as a whole.
