Help overclocking i5-2500K

I'm following this guide

been trying to figure out where turbo ratio option is but can't find it. I know i'm looking in the right place but its just not there. I'm not sure if Its enabled or disabled.


any help?

Most places recommend, "Very high" I think it is? The one just before "Extreme" regardless.

cool. alright so I've tried 4Ghz but for some reason my speed seems to fluctuate when in idle and load.

is there something im suppose to disable?

Nope, that's the way it is supposed to work. You COULD disable speedstep to stabilize the speed, but why would you want your CPU running at full power when idle?
