If you have owned this boar, if you currently own it or know someone who has owned it or still dose. Tell me a little about it.

*Overclocking?
*Stability?
*Build Quality?

I'm planning on scraping my AM3 Hybrid system to build an Intell system with a Intel Core i7-970 Gulftown LGA 1366 Six Core.

Any info you can giv me would be much appreciated.

I really liked the original BOXDX58SO. It is probably one of the most stable board you could get for an i7 when Nehalem was released (Made by Foxconn), meaning it would just work and not have issues. Not a great overclocking board, but well constructed.

version 2, what you have is suppose to fix all the issues with the first one.

Why? Intel manufactured boards suck for overclocking. Get a UD3R. You won't regret it.
+1 for those recommendations, although I try to stay away from MSI boards.
The P6X58D-E is a great board for overclocking, it's just not very pretty. I'm thinking about selling mine for a Rampage III Extreme.

Edit: I forgot to put emphasis on how you shouldn't buy an Intel board. Intel boards are ******* garbage, and you shouldn't buy one.
There.
