tb silences are great i use them on my heatsink and there really quiet and move about 50cfm which is pretty good considering there spining at 900rpms!

Just ordered 3 Yates myself along with silicone screws. Doesn't look like they can be beat for the price. If you have 15+ to shell out per fan then go with the Noctua NF-s12 or Scythe S-Flex.

These are great, very silent and also cools well for being case fans. Pretty good for cheap fans.

Arctic Cooling F12s are sweet. Check the Fan Test threads in the watercooling forum stickies. F12s are 6 bucks shipped w/o PWM and 10 w/ PWM at Amazon.
