Looking for conformation on bad MOBO?

I'm obviously not completely sure but I'm leaning on my MOBO (ASUS P5B-Deluxe) having seen its last days.

It is my back up PC but I do use it regularly. So I went out of town last thursday and shut the PC down and it was working perfectly when I did. I come back last night and power it on this morning and everything seems fine except im getting no video feed whatsoever, no blue screen, no windows, no bios, just my monitor says there is no input...and my mouse and keyboard arent lighting up like usual.

I have ruled out the Power Supply (Corsair 760tx) because all fans, optical drive, GPU are all powering on and staying on/working like its running fine.

I havent confirmed its not the GPU but im ruling it out since if it was the GPU than my keyboard and mouse would still be working but they arent?

I have taken out the OS HDD and verified it was working properly in a different PC. So i dont believe it the HDD crashed. Plus if it did wouldnt i still be able to get into the bios and such.

Tried taking out one stick of RAM, nothing, tried another still nothing...

So back to the MOBO....it doesnt look like any capacitors are visually blown and the PC looks like it is staying on and not constantly rebooting. The power LED on the MOBO is lit up and staying on. Unfortunately the mobo is about 4 years old now so its out of warranty. Im just looking to confirm its most likely the mobo so i can replace it and fix the problem? Also is there some sort of test or error code i can look for?

Thanks in advance.

Just tried the GPU in a different rig and it worked fine so i doubt its the GPU.

Also tried to reset the CMOS just for the hell of it and got nothing either.

Yould could try a different slot with the video card, but I'd say it's going to die sooner or later.
