Two kingston SSDNow V series in RAID 0 after 8 months

Thread Starter
I have two ssd I have been running in a RAID 0 array for the last 8 months.

Have people asking me about them degrading over time and so far they have no noticeable degradation.

Here is a link to the actual product I bought from Newegg
2x http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820139132

and Here is a pic of a benchmark done today:

HD Tune: Numbers seem a little more sporadic with this bench

Just thought I would share with anyone on the fence about RAID ssd.

I will admit I get good numbers but the improvement over one ssd is not as extreme as the numbers suggest.

If I had to do it again I would of probably have bought one large ssd

It's a disk benchmark, just like CristalDiskMark.

I have no idea, to be honest I don't even know what 4k is measuring.

I always looked at sequential read and write time to find out the performance of a drive

edit: will post bench of my data storage drive, numbers are much lower then the raided ssd's
