Voltages on Water?

Thread Starter
I am about to overclock my RAM. Here are my current specs:

CPU: 4.4GHz, 200BCLKx22 multiplier, 1.36v.
GPU: Not overclocked (yet, if at all).

Could someone please help me with all my questions? They are all making me anxious about this:

1) My QPI link is 3.6GHz, is this normal, high, or low?

2) My NB is at 3.4GHz, is this normal, high, or low?

3) I want to get my RAM to 2200MHz, but all I see in the BIOS is 2005MHz or 2400+MHz. Is there a way to change that without modifying BCLK or do I need to stay at 2005MHz?

4) If I put my RAM up to 2005MHz, what should I change my voltages too? I really don't want to go too high here. I definitely don't want to ruin anything. It makes me nervous because my motherboard isn't watercooled. Just the CPU/GPUs. I just want the best performance I can get for the longest time.

5) What about timings, how do I go about increasing them? I'm not sure how they work. Do lower timings require better voltages? Like for example I can change them all to 3-3-3- right now but what would happen?

I honestly don't know, When i learned to OC, I was told to keep NB at 2400 or as close to that as possible

I believe stock NB is 2800 on the R3E, though I could be wrong. That's just what it reads at when I reset the BIOS.

I reset the BIOS back to 3.33GHz and everything is back to stock. This is all too complicated for me. There's no way I want to ruin my processor and RAM so...yeah.

Now I'm confused. Is the R3E NB frequency stock at 2.8?

That's for phenom II's, and even then it's not true. HT link as close to 2000Mhz and CPUNB the max you can get.
