Faster then 3.0Ghz - Page 2

Try upping your MCH a little.

Quote:
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control: This is the Northbridge voltage. Most overclockers will not need to change this setting. Change this to increase stability under certain FSBs (i.e. 420Mhz+). Note that an increase in this setting WILL produce increase motherboard heat output. A Northbridge cooler is recommended for most P35/X38 motherboards even if you are not changing the MCH voltage. Gigabyte motherboards with out Ultra Cool should have a small Northbridge fan ( I noticed a 8C drop in my motherboard temperatures once I installed a 40mm fan on the heat sink on my P35-DS3L.).
It will possibly allow you to get more out of it FSB wise.

... It might be because of your memory. 800 / 1000.
You might have to bump the memory voltage.

If it helps:

Any time i adjust voltage or go above 3,0Ghz i cant get post

I'm starting to really think it's your memory.
It should be ≤ 800

500FSB on a P35 board with a quad core is really pushing it, you'd really need a P45 board if you wanna do that. I'd aim for a maximum of around 450FSB.

anything else i try fails

note 6.0 to 7.5 multi fsb is all it provides
Do both work?
Manually set the CPU voltage to 1.3v and try 3GHz (400 x 7.5). If that works, you try increasing the FSB a bit more. If it doesn't, try more vCore. You can keep the MCH voltage at whatever it was in that AIDA64 screenshot.
