Okay, now you can try bumping the FSB to 410. My methodology is a bit convoluted, so I'll try and lay it out as easily as possible.

FSB 410
--- It works
----- Go to FSB 420

--- Doesn't work
----- Drop the multiplier to 6
------- It works
--------- Increase vCore and go back to 7.5x
------- Doesn't work
--------- Increase MCH/Northbridge voltage and go back to 7.5x

You can keep repeating the red section each time you bump the FSB and it doesn't work.

Make sure you don't bump the MCH/NB too high. Don't want you killing your board.
Temps on the NB can get toasty pretty quick.

final results:
430x7.5 works
went to 450= no work
went 450x6.5= no work
went to MCH .1v to .2v= no work

think if i switched mobo to a ga-ep43-ds3lr would be better or just stick with 430x7.5??
