many of the oc can be done with very good air cooling but whats the point of getting water cool?
the point is with air cool you can get the same oc but once the temp max out with what the cooler could do, temp will raise and system become non stable,
a good cpu block give you much better performance, with water cool the water transfer the heat to the radiator and get away the heat and come back! but it very depends on the radiator! there's still a max out point while the transfer rate being max out!

as i were saying 50% better is not the block will transfer heat 50%better or temp will be 50% lower @@, and the value of 50% is my estimation and that's base on what i did to the block structure (and the reason of why i estimated 50% you will see in the future when the block is out). i am not saying i must be right on everything i have said and may be i will hit a wall and the design just doesnt work hahahaha but than at least i found out what doesnt work and so have a problem to solve right?

May be i should spend some money to run the test myself, but just thinking i have to spend around a thousand USD...... thats hurt
