You can use the RecycleManager plugin and have the bin matching the rest as part of Rainmeter. This is a simple left-click opens the bin, check out some other configs for more complex ones.

Code:
---------Measures--------

[MeasureMyBin]
Measure=Plugin
Plugin=Plugins\\RecycleManager.dll

----------Meters----------

[Recycle]
Meter=Image
ImageName=*Any Icon/PNG/ect*
W=*Size in pixels*
H=*Size in pixels*
X=*position in pixels*
Y=*position in pixels*
LeftMouseDownAction=!Execute [!RainmeterPluginBang "MeasureMyBin OpenBin"]
