On a 32" TV you won't notice between 1080p or 720p not unless its 40" and above. I would go for Panasonic even I never owned a Panny or Vizio just because I know they are top manufacturers for TV's just like Sharp. You won't consider Sharp?

I didnt see any Sharps for that price and the Pana is a IPS
