I need some help with 2500K OC

Hello Everyone I'm new here nice to meet you! Hoping you all can help me with my current headache lol.
I had it stable at 1.2v vcore at 4 GHZ probably could go lower but manual wouldn't work.
Hmm...
Well I have it at 4700 MHz stable now BUT only after using offset which puts the vcore at 1.4 ( manual always gives BSOD and I can’t figure out why) and during the stress test it went up to 75C on core 3 73C on core 4 68C on core 1 and 69C on core 2 I stopped it after 50 mins.
I think I know why offset works now It's because it compensates for the vdroop I just got it to boot at 4800 with 1.32v when I started prime95 it vdrooped to 1.23v and BSOD with and error code ending with 124 seconds later.
Ok I just tried OC-ing it to 4.8 again and get a BSOD with error number 0x00000101
A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor withing the allocated time interval

I know I could go higher a little more cool too if I could get it to work using manual vcore >v< any ideas?
Here are some pics of my rig.

Those temps are nothing to be worried about. You are most likely right about the offset, it tends to help a bit with fluctuating vcore. Most people use LLC to combat this, it works a bit better. Lower down your LLC a notch or two and it will help. Also make sure to have the power saving features off.

Also, be sure to be stressing with Prime95 blend, as it is the only one truly stressing sandy bridges.

Yup those temps are under Blend stress in Prime 95. Now I was meaning to ask about that as my BIOS does not seem to have a LLC unless it's otherwise named

LLC is short for Load Line Calibration. You should have this option, not familiar with your exact mobo but I am 99% sure it has the option.

I had been messing with Load Line Calibration b4 but hadn't found a good rating there is regular 0%
medium 25% high 50% Ultra 75% and Extreme 100% any ideas?
For phase control I have
Standard CPU based, ASUS Optimized, Extreme Full Phase, or manual
For VRM I have
Auto or Manual
Duty control I have
T Probe or Extreme
I can also go up to 140% on the current capability O.O
oh also i have PLL at 1.72500 and PCH to auto
VCCIO set to 1.0 and VCCSA to 0.9

C1E? there is no C1E in my BIOS
O.O disabling speed step. Why would I do that? It helps keeps things cool and efficient.
And Spread Spectrum is already disabled by default and I manually disabled it.

speedstep counteract overclock.
Wikipedia says:

Problems when using SpeedStep

Microsoft reports there may be problems previewing video files when SpeedStep (or the AMD equivalent PowerNow!) is enabled. It also may decrease reliability when overclocking.

speedstep decreases speed when the processor isn't under load.

Anyone with SB OC experience please come forward! I beg you
