So it won't work correctly around things that use flash player? Have you tried a reinstall of Adobe Flash Player?

I can't really think of anything else, sorry. I remember I had a similar issue. Anything that used flash on the internet would cause my PC to hang like crazy. I tried multiple driver versions, etc. Reinstalling of flash, etc, nothing fixed it. After I reformatted the problem disappeared and I haven't seen it since.

If you can't find a fix, that's really the only thing I can recommend.

i had this problem yesterday (wasn't on a windows machine, it was in linux.)

i couldn't get flash to work in chrome, or chromium, but it worked in Firefox.

i'm sure you tried this already, but after restarting my computer, it was fine...

doubt that is any help, as i'm not having the problem now, in either OS, i honestly think it is quite annoying to have to reinstall an OS just to fix this...

Ok,You all would have never guessed this is what it was,
The ATI/AMD 11.2 Driver.
So,After reinstalling the OS,I found I still had the issue and I was thinking let's try an older ATI Driver.Say ATI 10.10 Driver. And then I tried youtube and what do you know,Problem Solved.
So,Thanks to all that tried to help.
