ASUS 1015PN (netbook)help

Hi,
I recently purchased an ASUS 1015PN netbook. So far it serves its purpose and runs well. However there is one thing I would like to fix but dont know enough about to fix. When you plug the machine in it will run up to its full potential, 1.5ghz however when the machine is not plugged in it will only go as high as 997.xmhz so it really wont even hit 1ghz. So basically I would like it to run up to its full potential 1.5ghz instead of being restrained to 997.x mhz when not plugged in.

Little side note, I do have it on high performance on the power options and its still restrained too 997.xmhz

Anyone know how to take this power reduction off?

Under Advanced Power options is a setting for CPU throttling. If that does not work try the BIOS settings.

It says in advance power management, Maximum cpu usage 100% for both battery and plugged in.
