i wasn't doubting the Twin frozer from MSI but it's tricky tho since it's possible that it will be attainable or not, plus to you might be using a bit more juice for it to reach those speeds.
myself personally if i can't a get a SOC i'll get something rather almost identical to it and that would be the OC version, they both got the same windforce X2 fan layout aswell there both part of the VGA High Durability Class only difference is that there overclocking proccess which if you ask me that 560Ti OC model could be a SOC in disguise.
specs on the OC model compared to the SOC model (for those who don't know).
to me that OC model would be prolly the best substitute if SOC isn't purchaseable.
also to if the OC achieves SOC status you'll save some money to since the OC model is $244 on newegg atm.
but thats my opinion, no disrespect to the Twin Frozer design and all i mean it's a good design just more questionable then the OC model from gigabyte personally.
if ya wanna go for the Twin Frozer go for it it's capable.
