Does using a PCIE riser card/cable reduce GPU power?

Hello Im going to build a computer inside of a classic Xbox case like the one showed in this video here.


My goal is to use a High Profile GPU and turn it sideways using this. http://www.logicsupply.com/products/pelx16_c11

Im am using a motherboard with two PCIEx16 slots so I can install two GPU's a HD 5770 and a HD 5450. So I can do eyefinity

I am thinking of using these parts

Well i can only imagine that it would raise latency ever so slightly. I don't think it would be noticeable. Possibly if the riser card was low quality then there may be a resend overhead on the transfer causing a loss of bandwidth but notwithstanding that then you should be all good in the hood.
