Based on your numbers, it looks like you have the SSD plugged into a SATA 3Gb port instead of a 6Gb port.

to be honest it now takes a little longer to boot due to the raid controller having to do its thing.

but programs open instantly and my windows 7 score went up to a 7.3

edit: I ran both the 32 bit and 64bit and got about the same scores on my systems

Guess I'll get one once the cost is down. Right now I get a 7.9 so can't really get any better than that. I just want more space.

Judging from what I've seen you are having the same issue I had with a Crucial RealSSD C300.

Please read the last couple of pages of this thread for further information on how to increase the SSD writting speed and to achieve overall good perfomance (look for my post and from it, continue reading).
