Newegg may be really relaxed about shipping to an address other than the bill-to one so he's likely just using stolen CC's to order the merchandise directly to you. It's essentially an easy way to cash out stolen credit cards and use you to launder the money without you being aware of it. Unfortunately, this puts you in a situation where cops will come knocking at your door at some point down the road.

What I'd do:

Initiate contact with the police. Call the non-emergency number and explain the situation. Let them know what happened and that you are suspicious of the transaction and you want them to make a report on it. Worst case they may act as if you're annoying but you're essentially buying yourself insurance. If it does end up being stolen you'll be able to say "Hey, on DATE I filed a police report regarding this matter. I saved everything regarding the transaction too. I'm the victim!" This way, worst case they just take the card.

You may think this is going way too overboard but it really isn't. If you decide to take the "well it's his problem, not mine" attitude you will appear like you have something to hide. If the cops do come knocking, and they decide you appear nervous, you'll likely face several hours of intense questioning. Your PC's, external HDD's, cell phones, etc may all be temporary or even permanently confiscated too.

Good luck.

Wait What? Where'd you come up with this? And I doubt the cops would be knocking at his door.... it would be the Feds.

It's a crime to accept stolen property right? If it's stolen... but we don't know right?

If you know its stolen, yes. However in this case, it has not been confirmed, thus you are OK

Just a guess but it sounds like this person is cashing in on people's CC's...

Could be they are letting it go until they have it fully investigated, I know they had a theft ring busted selling stolen motorcycle parts on eBay out of New York and they let it go on for a long time before they were took down by the FBI.

King Nothing, does the price on the Newegg invoice match your eBay invoice?
I haven't got mine yet. I ordered Saturday. I believe reading other peoples comments on this in other forums that their slips didn't have a price on it.

He also sells Phenom II X4 965 as well.
