Ok, so I checked my packing slips and they have different names and addresses... but it also has my name and addres on the far right. It says "Bill TO: Name... Ship TO: My Name and Address" both packing slips have different "Bill TO" names... I think they're stolen cc?

I confused, people are calling credit card scam... Ebay=paypal?

Edit: He also might have organized a wholesale deal with newegg, If your buying 90+ graphics card your not going to be buying them for normal price.

Maybe he got them from a price slip up from newegg, I know for sure in the past month newegg accidentally listed one card for like $20, and people bought all their stock, and newegg sent them. (This was a post on a deal forum)

I have my suspicions on exactly how he's doing it but I'm not going to post it here. However, if someone wants to PM me some "bill to" names/addresses I'll be able to determine if it's a scam pretty fast.

Example:

1) Steal CC's
2) Post listings on eBay
3) Buy product on newegg using stolen CC
4) Choose your address as the shipping address
5) get PP money from you, bounce it some more
6) No longer his problem, you are now the person that appears to have commited the fraud.

Ahh, gotcha. Wouldn't the ebay purchase history be kinda proof enough to get you out of the line of fire?

IMHO, there's more to it than that. That would work for a month or two but his accounts would be locked fast. I'm fairly certain this guy is good at what he's doing and he's partially laundering the cash before even doing anything on Ebay. Basically, if I were going to guess at what he's doing I'd say it's CC fraud for sure but the CC never touches Newegg; Newegg just happens to be the last part of a complex laundering scheme. That's all I'll say though. I don't want to get any would-be thieves any ideas.

If I had a billing address and name I could easily verify my theory though but I don't.
