This is a scam, although you will still receive whatever you buy. This guy is taking people's credit cards, using their money to buy things on newegg, and then telling newegg to ship to you.
So, with this in mind, anyone that still chooses to buy stuff from this guy is essentially stealing from a poor innocent soul that had their credit card stolen.
Seriously, to anyone considering buying something, take what I've said to heart. You know what this is doing to someone's life, yet you are choosing to participate in making them miserable because you need a new video card.

IMO, anyone who isn't capable of seeing this scam for what it is probably shouldn't be allowed out on the internet unaccompanied.
All you have to do is start looking at the feedback and buyers, and pay particular attention to the timing and sequences of the bulk sales vs. feedbacks to see the pattern.
The happy part is that neither ebay, paypal or newegg gives a rat's ass.
