is the entire drive formatted? Had My original drive on a partition that only utilized about 85% of the drive forever. Found like 20gb's of free space one day whilst toying around with the partition manager in windows. Pretty
You might not have used the entire partition. Right click on my computer -> Manage -> Disk Management. Find your disk, and see if there are any "Unallocated" partitions.

thanks that fixed it, for some reason when I tried to install Vista it only showed 66.5 after I deleted everything, but I am able to find the missing 8GB in Windows
