Yeah and thats why I'm having trouble here. Doing this for a friends rig. Its pretty old. I broke it down, cleaned, reseated, added 2gb ram, and two 120gb pata hdds. Doing a fresh install of xp pro 32bit and this has got me stumped.
I found a floppy drive, but I have no disks for it. May just run out and grab flash drive and try that. Doesnt make sense why it wouldnt install it off the dvd rom since its obviously reading the windows boot disk.
Dunno, he may just have to deal with not running these drives in raid 0 as I'm running out of ideas on this one. I'll give it another go tm. Thanks for the replies ffejrxx. +rep
