Rig is here! - Page 3

I'd phone them and then contact their customer service by email and send them a picture of the damage. Let them know how ridiculous it is and how dissatisfied you are. They should advance that.

Here's the other images I emailed to them:

Yep, the case metal is buckled over the side panel, and the case is so warped the side panel doesn't even line up hahah.

Going to phone them now... They haven't replied to my emails |:

*EDIT*

They refuse to do an advance replacement |:

Honestly I would send the whole thing back right now (good chip or not). I know you want to play around with your new rig but you have no idea what else could have been damaged. If you just replace the case you may find that you have problems further down the road that you didn't anticipate.

I'd bet you dollars to donuts that your rig was assembled, then the boxed up, and then dropped or hit with a fork lift. Then they just transfered it into a new box and missed the damage somehow. I highly doubt that someone who builds computers would take that case, as damaged as it is, and start throwing parts in it.

Get rid of the whole thing.

I spoke to them and I can't get the whole lot replaced if there's nothing wrong with it cause they'll test it and if nothings wrong then I'll have to pay a fee plus shipping back to me which they take automatically so :/

I guess I'm stuck with it all, just have to hope nothing else goes wrong haha

Was well looking forward to getting this rig as well

Apologies. I just woke up and thought it was a pre-built for some reason. I still think the box the case was in was damaged and they just put it in a different box but if you say that everything else works fine then I guess it should be ok as long as nothing else looked damaged. Hope everything works out for you.

Wow that sucks. They should definitely send an advance replacement if they don't want to look like arses for sending you a mangled piece of scrap metal! But if they don't, try and get a gift card or store credit out of them because that's just sad what they sent you...
