For mounting purposes, you're fine.

If the rads internals were aluminum, we'd all have stated 'DO NOT WANT' by now.

My mistake i thought you were going to use Al barbs and attach them through your case...

If its just a mounting bracket and doesnt come into contact if the liquid its fine.

Agreed, so long as the other metal will not come into contact with your coolant, it will not affect anything. I mean, most people's cases are mainly made of steel, and that doesn't cause trouble...

Ok, so, she's up and running. Pics will go up tomorrow. Temps are extremely lower than before, and as long as she doesnt leak, i'm a very happy camper. Ok, I lied, here come some pics. So before i post them, this is def not done. I have to hit the home depot and get some screws of the correct length for the rad mount. Cable management needs work, but i just wanted to get her up and running for tonight.

These are my tubes coming through the back of the case. I drilled out the top and bottom and used 3/8 OD, split and notched, as a lining for the hole.
