memclock tri-stating and auto optimize bottom I0, they need to be disabled or enabled in BIOS?? and what they are for? tnx

Raising the multiplier increases the cpu freq and if it does NOT take more voltage to keep it stable than no it shouldn't raise the cpu temp. But, common sense should tell you that when you raise the freq it's going to need more voltage (usually) in which case it will raise the temp.

okey that's don't worry me now, i raise multiplyer on my phenom 555 at 19X and 200MHz, so from 3.2 to 3.8GHz and it works fully stable so i don't need to raise the voltage, and temperature is low as well..but what about these options for RAM memory in BIOS, to enable or disable them?
