Are you running a blend test on Prime? Has your overclock been stable before without this problem occuring?

Run a CHKDSK on your primary disk to check for errors and if that doesn't work and this problem has always been the case with the current overclock then try stepping some voltages up a bit. Sounds more like it is the OS though if it runs prime95 fine.

How to run CHKDSK:

"Start> My computer> (right click on your primary hard drive running your OS) select properties> tools> check now> (tick both boxes)> ok"

It will ask you if you want to schedule it because unfortunately it cannot be run while you are using the drive you want to check, so accept and then restart your computer. It will most likely take an hour or so to complete.
