As far as I can tell, this does NOT work. I tried to use the new native linux binary for over a week and I didn't get any bigadv WUs. The new A5 core was never even downloaded. However, regular SMP WUs with the A3 core were working normally. My /proc/cpuinfo was modified to show 8 cores according to the previous instructions, but it still didn't help. Reinstalling and starting F@H from scratch also didn't fix the problem.
I am currently testing the Windows 6.34 client through wine again, but I have to finish my current SMP WU before it should attempt to get a bigadv. Has anyone else had experience with this? Is there actually a way to get bigadv WUs with the Phenom II X6 using the native linux client? Thanks.
