Its kind of finicky. Somtimes you can get it in like 3 strokes perfect wheras other times you gotta do it several times to get it right. I had to do this on my P5B Deluxe because it wears out overtime. I guess the constant airflow or vibration must gradually loosen the graphite or something.

Well last night i cleaned off the resistor and tried again, i have 6 strokes on it and its still really bad 1.45v in bios 1.36v in windows
