Here is the link to Nbitor download: http://www.mvktech.net/index.php?option=com_remository&func=fileinfo&id=3437

You just run GPUZ and save the file which you can do by clicking save next to the BIOS version in GPUZ. Then you will open Nbitor and there you can modify the fan speed, voltages, whatever. Then once you have it customized, save the file.

Then you can flash with a floppy drive or you can use a windows flash utility. Its been a while since Ive flashed a BIOS, so I have to look up the procedure. It is not wise to change the clocks in the BIOS because it could be unstable and not boot. Only change the fan speed or Voltage(only if OC'ing the GPU).

I have a gtx 260 and use the stock nvidia performace software I got from there website. On auto it pulls it down to 20% i believe.

Here is the link: http://www.nvidia.com/object/nvidia_...ools_6.06.html

Also, I checked and it does support the gtx 460...actually I think it supports all nvidia cards.
