Hin Hytec, i would also reccommend getting a better cooler.
there is a for sale thread on this site, and you could pick up something decent, a lot cheaper than buying new
if you read my first post in this thread, you will see the drops i got in temps changing from stock to a proper cooler, and buying some proper thermal paste like MX-4 or AS5
i would normally try to overclock on a stock cooler
those temps are high for stock speeds, so i would not overclock it.
