Blame me for making your "prices" high, because intel obviously is only making $2 profit per chip so sending chips back means intel will go bankrupt soon.

THIS IS JUST IN AMERICA for god's sake!

Net RMA Abusing: -$1 million (0.0001 of their yearly 11.7bil.)

You REALLY think even 3500 people abusing the RMA system is going hurt them?

I better see you outside AMD HQ picketing them!

The ethical way to do it is to buy another one, test both, and then sell the worst. You pay a premium this way especially if you keep hunting, but it is worth it to some people.

Other way is to buy a used cherry-picked chip, but you'll pay a premium that way as well.

Too bad your argument is illogical and irrelevant.

If you were a pro racer and saw a person drive a stock Ferrari same model at 220mph, and then you bought the same model and it only did 180mph, you'd be disappointed too.

Then lets say Ferrari said, hey if you return it, we'll let you, and you can get another one for the same price! You probably would take the offer in hopes to finish 1st in races, instead of 3rd.

Is it immoral. Likely.

But if being immoral is a crime, then we all are going to jail.
