Flashing my 890FXA-UD5 fixed the incorrect voltage readings in Windows for me. I can't say whether it will fix it for you since you've got an ASUS board.

Oh, and why would max load ever change your voltages? It should be constant if you've got Cool N' Quiet and Core Boost disabled, no matter if it's idling or under load.

Thats interesting, I wonder if its CPU related? I have no problem going right past 1.4 and easily to 1.6V, not to say I'd go there, but I know I can

i've had gone past 1.44 befor... but now i cant even get there... i've tired setting my bios to defualt clocks and than tired setting the voltage but it didn't work.
