Help identifying this case

I am in need of help identifying this case for my brother. He bought this a long time ago (1998?) and does not know the make or the model. Also we don't know the specs for it as well, but our goal is to use this as a home server. We need to know what psu and type of motherboard that will fit in this case is why I asking here.

Attached are the images of the case.

If you have the MOBO and PSU currently in it, and can post pics or specs/info on those, we might be able to solve this problem from the inside...

PSU: Raidmax Model:RD-350W
Mobo: ECS K7S5A PRO rev 5.0
CPU: AMD Athlon XP

The case is obviously a Raidmax. Which model depends on which recycle bin it belongs in.
