GTX560 Ti 2GB vs GTX570 1,2GB

I search the web for this, but could only find comarisons between them and other products.

I have a serious dillema about these two graphics cards:
  • Gainward GTX560Ti-2048-DD-HDMI Phantom, 2048MB GDDR5, 256 bit, Core Clk: 822, 2004(DDR 4008), PCI-E, PhysX, FAN, HDMI, dual DVI-I
  • Gainward GTX570-1280-DD-HDMI-DP Phantom, 1280MB GDDR5, 320 bit, Core Clk: 750, 1950(DDR 3900), PCI-E, PhysX, FAN, HDMI, dual DVI-I, DP

As you can see the GTX560 has 2GB DDR5, while the GTX570 has 1,28 G
The GTX570 is about 50$ more, but that's no issue.

What I would want is a clear "This is best because...". I don't know hwo much the memory difference would impact performance.

Thanks

The extra vram won't make much of a difference unless you're running multiple monitors.
GTX 560 if you plan on SLI right away.
GTX 570 if you want to be "future-proof" by adding another 570 in the future.

GTX 570 for sure. 1280mb is plenty. And the beast is fast as hell.

Thanks for the reply.

I'll be runing 2 monitors right away, and maybe another one if/when I get SLI

Also, before SLI I might be jumping into 3D Vision.

I would get two 560s to save some money and for the added memory.
Or you could just get one of these now while they're on sale.
