I love CCleaner for registry cleaning personally, never had any issues with it.

ive used the registry clean feature for a few years with ccleaner and havent had any issues, i love this program

question though, got an ssd a few months ago, is it safe to use the clean feature on an ssd?

Except for the fact auto updates are OPTIONAL and a lot of the time, updates can break things.

Not a useless thread, just a person who doesn't realize not everyone does the same thing as him posting in a thread.

Sometimes I wonder if updating software that cleans your computer is actually doing more harm with all the old files and registry keys from the older software version.

Registry cleaners are bad news... if you think that Microsoft's OS is perfect and infallible in the registry department. (Sarcasm alert)

A lot of people diss registry cleaners without good reason. As said, it takes a whole lot of stupid to break your registry with ccleaner.
