Is my card broke?

Hi, I'm a bit of a noob with computers and I originally overclocked my MSI gtx 560 985/2285/ and 100% fan speed and the card never went over 40 celsius, but today I tried to overclock it to 1ghz and ever since i get artifacts on everything :/ Furmark, Black ops main menu, everything I try has artifacts and then it crashes, even if I reset the card to the factory overclock, so is it broke or what?

Specs:
Amd phenom II 965 3.4 Ghz
5 GB DDR2
Windows 7 64 bit
Corsair AX850
Coolermaster Haf 922

and my monitor is 1440x900

Thanks for any advice

Oh yah and I forgot to say, I originally overclocked on stock voltage, then I brought it up to 1100 when I tried to overclock to 1 ghz, but like I said I reset the core voltage and I still get artifacts ><

Sounds like it. Try to uninstall all drivers and do a driver sweep. Reinstall all the drivers. If that doesn't work its RMA time!
