What are the rules on starting a new club? i was thinking about starting a 2500k club 4ghz+

Why? It's so easy to get to 4Ghz on SB. The club isn't even needed.

That would include pretty much every 2500k, and the club that you would join would be the 4GHZ club, no sense in making a club for every single chip out there

Erm... you dont need a club. Just get a motherboard with a one touch OC button and you get instant 4ghz +

Plus its in the worng section

Start the Ivy Bridge 4.5GHz club.... Then close it til further notice and you will be all set for when it comes out...
