Mobo is asus m4a88tm-d. And yes, after adding a 120mm fan at the back, temps went down 46 idle) as well as the heatsink fan rpm (2200 -ish now). Oh btw I set Q-fan control to silent in bios which also helped. More or less bearable now.

He means thermal paste, stuff that goes on the heatsink to make a better connection between the CPU and the heaksink to improve cooling.

you know what is problem?
this->+1.46 V

1.46V on core? on stock speed? I need 1.4 to OC my 1055T on 3965

turn off turbo and OC it manually, but as other mentioned change the heatsing for something like 212+

I haven't done any oc'ing yet and I remember seeing it at 1.3 in the bios before =/ Maybe its the core-boost thing, somehow always on? Should I force it to 1.3?
