Phenom II x6 1055T - $170 after promo code, worth the spendings over 965 (or just get a 955, seriously) - comes with free STALKER game
ASUS M4A87TD EVO + GTX 560 Ti - $345 - you don't need IGP in M4A88TD EVO, just get the 87TD EVO... 870 chipset overclocks better anyways apparently; this GPU is tiers up from 6870, same price
Patriot Sector 5 2x4GB 1600 CL9 - $90, $70 AR - OR Kingston 4x2GB HyperX Blu 1600 CL9 - $90, $50 AR [buy 2 kits] [2 rebates/purchase is valid]. High speed/low timings would be ESPECIALLY important and crucial if using an SSD.
Zalman CNPS10X - $40, $30 shipped - same price/cheaper than the Hyper 212+ due to free shipping. Hyper 212+ is a ripoff on Newegg nowadays
Antec TP-650 - $75 only on buy.com
Samsung F3 500GB - $40 after promo - better in every way and $10 cheaper
NZXT TEMPEST EVO [out of stock for now] - $90 - I wouldn't take any other high end case, for $90 shipped.... eATX support, toolless features, black interior, window, fans... DEAL
LG 22X DVD - $17 shipped after promo
Your build choice: $920
Total cost before rebates: $867
After rebates: $842 or $827 depending on RAM choice
You save $50-80 and get better parts all around - down those parts to, say... 955, 4GB of RAM (enough for gaming).... you can save $200 or more.
I'll actually go with that setup, but will resort back to 8GB of RAM (because of Photoshop), and the 955 seems to be more then enough speed for my requirements really and for a much better price. Thanks allot, I'll start ordering within a week

My suggestions did include 8GB of RAM at better speeds/timings and prices
I noticed you're in Ottawa, Canada, in which case you may want to order from NCIX.com for within Canada. Prices may be slightly different here though compared to Newegg

They seem to be more expensive then Newegg.ca and that's more shipping as well, which is bizarre for a Canadian company. And I realized afterwards that it was 8GB

Out of curiosity, I'm completely new to SLI and Crossfire, I was wondering if any Mobo would be able to do it if it has multiple PCI slots for it, or is there only specific types to go for? I would like to add an extra card when the time comes, which could be cheaper then buying a new high-end one.

Well, after a two week hiatus, the first part came in as I surprise present from my girlfriend, a brand new and shiny case, with an interesting design. The Sentey PS1-3213, very well made too be honest. In addition, I was able to find a free DVD drive and an extra 80mm fan for the case (my parents old pc that was replaced two months ago). The only concern I have with the case is that it's not really wide, and was wondering if anyone could tell me if a Hyper 212+ fan would be able to fit (or a fan in the same style)?

Thank you!
