"spectrum Analyzer" computer software?

Thread Starter
I was wondering if there are any computer software that will act like a Spectrum Analyzer in audio equipment (like they had in the old days) that used a mic so you can tune for a flat response with Pink Noise running through the system.

Anyone know of any such thing? I was curious about this since I've been planning to add an actual Spectrum Analyzer unit to my system.

There are tons out there. They also very by price quite a bit. The best free one IMO is this one.

I have used WinMLS for years, but it doesnt support Vista or 7. Its on an XP laptop of mine.

Google Real Time Analyzer or RTA. Youll find TONS of them.
