if they really don't want to pay shipping for it, make sure you take screen cap of that supreme HF page on their website showing revision 2 and take picture of your block you got and claim it through paypal
You would also have to take a picture of your invoice, etc.

Hope it all works out though.

Dont think I should. Something that could be easily solved, has to became this stressful thing, just cant understand why.

yeah.. but they are being difficult, especially since they made the mistake of sending old block claming it's new block even after they opened it to check.

it's silly really..

anyhow, keep us updated!

Though, there is that hole blacklist thing they have to bar you from shopping with them again. Good luck dude, here's hoping you have the last laugh

Just to keep you guys updated, last emails:

from them:

It is not even one pound and should not cost more then $15-18 max to send back first class.

We suggest if you dont want to send back to just use the block. You act like it is defective and it is NOT.
Best Regards,
Customer Service, Performance-PCs.com

my answer:

I dont have the block with me right now. Try to find information about its weight and box dimension on the net, even amazon, that usually has those information, doesnt have them.

Im not acting like its defective, Im just acting like its something different than what I bought, thats all.

I bought a lot of stuff from you and planned to continue. I thought I deserved exactly what I bought, nothing more nothing less.

Thank you again and Im sorry for the trouble I may caused you.
Rafael Vale

their last

Our offer still stands and will not change. You pay to ship here and we pay back. If not then please use the block. We cannot continue with this endless emails on this.

Thank you.
Best Regards,
Customer Service, Performance-PCs.com

Nickel will not corrode therefore the coolant does not require anti corrosive additives and will result in better temps because the coolant itself has a better heatconductivity and dissipation ability.

Also the amount Copper adds to conductivity is almost not measurable and will have no effect or at most 0.00001 degrees.

Nickel can corrode, but usually after longer period of time (assuming same conditions as copper would have).

wow they are being a prick in their email. do they realize, it's false advertising.

I don't think you should be treated like that and be talked to like that over email. I'd take this up with paypal. I won't take crap like that

when they say, you pay shipping to there, and they pay back, do they mean they will reimburse you for shipping?

No, they meant that I should pay for shipping from here to there and they pay for shipping from there to here.
