The Extreme OC Discussion

i am building a new OC project and i want to absolutely maximize the capabilities. i plan to account for every variable i can think of to make the ultimate OC. i have several KEY goals to keep in mind. First, of the most important is temperature. i have built a heavy duty water chiller from an old Air Conditioner and with it i can cool my current pc to -20 c no problem. but with this come's a problem, a moisture problem to be more specific. and for now i just keep the temp around zero to avoid condensate. However, in my new project i am building a clear acrylic case that is airtight. with this design i accomplish two things, i can keep the entire case temp well below 0 with no condensation or frost and i will have absolutly NO DUST clogging everything up. i hate dust and this way i can keep everything looking and running like new. another problem with fans is they are very loud, i only plan to have one or two low speed fans to circulate and dehumidify the air going through a small cooling radiator. and with that i should have an excellent foundation to maximize my OC.

now i need the best hardware to fit my application. one thing i know for sure is that i will be using the Phenom II Black 6x T1100 3.2Ghz Processor. but i need the best mobo for low temp extreme OC. i have always liked ASUS, the have been pretty good for overclocking. and with a little research i have come to the conclusion the the CrossHair IV is my best bet. and though cost is important, i am willing to pay top dollar if it is really worth it.

what motherboard do you think is the best to OC?

(keep in mind my next question is, what is the best memory to go with it?)

Thats Pretty COOL..... (get it)

These are My temps with My cooler Running full Blast with only R-12

the coolant is at -19 C. i have been watching closely and it seems with a little airflow accross the mobo it keeps the moisture off. its awsome because i put my hand in the case and the air temp is remarkably cool
