Windows updates without internet

Does anyone know a way to download the windows updates (hoepfully as many as possible) without having to connect the comptuer to the internet? I mean, i have a computer with the internet but the computer that needs the updates (i believe) doesnt have a connection to the internet. I need the updates because the update will allow my wireless PCI card to actually work so its haha, like a catch 22. I need to get to the internet to download an update but i need the update before i can connect to the internet.

Yeah, just contact Microsoft and purchase the Updates disk from them.

You can download windows xp sp2 here you can put that in a cd and install in on any windows xp machine with a valid key.

Naa i dont wanna go SP2, some people told me its not better then SP1. Plus i realizeda ll i had to do was disable my security on my wireless net and i could get online. Took me a while to get that 'no duh' solution into my brain lol.

I say find another comp with internet, get your internet drivers, then start updating... its the only way.

or get a friendly overclock.net member to download the updates and send them to you for a couple of bucks

Well i had forgotten its a seperate download that windows update doesnt tell u about so i ended up downloading it and throwing it on a cd and doing it. thanks for the input though guys.
