Guys do not believe this kind of benchmarks by magazines and what invidia wants us to know..
Gtx 480 is much stronger than gtx580 for graphic design programs, or its not? The reason I am asking that, Nvidia removed 300 million cuda transistors from 480 so 580 is more consumer card and more power efficiency.. there is dozen of articles that write that.
So the question here is, do 580 outperform quadros? Or 480 was one of the kind.

Here is a real benchmark by Solidworks and look whose on top.. Look who is below that.

what exactly does this test do? doesnt look like this has anything to do with viewport performance...
also this does not come from the magazine itself, i owned a gtx470 and the performance was terrible in blender, now im back to a gtx275 and everything is super smooth.
also users all over the 3d community report bad performance in lots of different 3d apps.
