looking for a low noise fan for my case? any suggestions

Hello gays ...
new man on deck

I have speed more of my time just to look for a perfect and idle fan with
low noise to keep my case as silent as possible

my case is thermaltake dokker and since it support 5 additional fans
i'am looking for

- low noise fan
- 120 × 120 × 25
- max rpm <=1200 (to have low dBA)
- 2 horizontal and 1 vertical
- better to be ball barring
- <10$ price
- preferred to be Black, Transparent, and Red (led or no led)

my first intention was to by Tt 12cm TurboFan because it has a low noise
to a higher rpm fan but i was disappointed when red that the sleeve is bad
to be used horizontally and that will damage it, is that TRUE by the way??

has any of you there used the above Tt fan in horizontal and vertical position ? it lock nice though

also thought of baying here sister Tt ISGC which has lower noise level that the red one but didn't liked the white color

seen some reviews from big sites like SPCR which was an old review and
didn't include any of Tt fans i wanted to bay in first place
and some recommend nactua despite the good design and noise ratio to CFM
but they are to expansive to bay also scythe, what about zalman ZM-SF3 have you used it?

not concerned about CFM that much just want a normal level of CFM which i think it
has to be more than 35 at lowest noise level possible

see you soon

Enermax Magma
It's red but with shipping is about 17 a fan
Gelid Fan
around your price but not ball bearing, really quiet though
Rosewill Fans
4 fans for around 19 bucks, Blue LED's though. Nothing a wire cutters can't fix
CM Silent blue fans
Retina meltingly bright blue LED's, they eventually dim over time to a cool blueish purple color. Super quiet though and an attractively clear frame though. 2 fans in one pack
Xigmatek XLF-F1253
Xigmatek fan that has Orange LED's instead of red, pretty quiet too but the RPM is higher than what you want.
