60GB Corsair Force F60 or 64GB Corsair Performance 3 Series,

Pros and cons to them both faster read speed on the 64GB Corsair Performance 3 but slower write speed visa versa on 60GB Corsair Force F60

Id go with the 60GB Corsair Force F60, sandforce controller is better, and it is an overall better drive, plus a little cheaper. Either one you can't really go wrong with, though write speeds on the Performance 3 series isn't really much above a regular decent hard drive.

Don't get an ssd. Imo they are the biggest waste of money. If you have to though, the 60gb force.

I'd probably tell you to go with the Performance 3 but only at capacities of 128g and up.

Marvell controller isn't an issue on the drives, although many people have been having problems with the onboard Marvell controller in some motherboards. You don't see people presenting the same argument against the c300, even though it uses a Marvell controller on the drive..
