Help Building HW Rig

I need help building a PC for under $500.00
New rig will be used strictly for HW purpose only.
Here are the things I already have.
  • Windows 7
  • Keyboard
  • Mouse
  • Monitors
  • Radeon 3450
  • Case
  • Antec 350Watt PSU
I need the remaining parts and the rig will run the following softwares.
  • Microsoft Visio
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Access
  • Microsoft Project 2007 (Virtual Desktop)
  • Microsoft Visual Studio 2008
  • Alice
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008
  • RedHat Linux 5
  • Microsoft Visual Studio 2010
  • Java SDK (JDK 6 Update 7)
  • Adobe Photoshop CS5
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Adobe Flash CS5
  • Adobe Dreamweaver CS5

I will be purchasing all the parts from newegg and will NOT be overclocking the CPU. Prices must include tax and shipping (Please use zip code 91710) Thanks for the help in advance

You're done $100 under budget and still with great parts. Mobo back in stock soon but with plenty of room you could swap for a slightly more expensive but in stock mobo.

yup , good setup for the purposes listed , only i would take 1055T since u will be overclocking , and put saved money towards GTX 570 but thats just me

Edited the original post. I have lowered the budget a lot. I won't be overclocking anything and need to use the spare parts I already have.
Any help will be appreciated

Already looked into this thread but I'm set on few things.
1. Needs to be a Quad CPU
2. Needs at more than 4GB Ram. More the better for me.
