If you are willing to spend the money to put it under water, it might be worth it to keep it. What kind of radiator are you running? I run two gtx 480 and an i5 on a MCR320 radiator. My temps stay in the low 50's on my cards running EVGA OC scanner. The cpu never gets above low 60's. While not great temps, they are acceptable.
